SERVICE PACKAGE ONE - We will provide design development drawings of floor plans and exterior elevations to fix and describe the size and character of your project. The information provided to you is similar to the drawings you see in plan book magazines available at any newsstand. Design development drawings are not construction drawings you can not obtain building permits nor can you build from them. You will receive:

	Floor plans of living area's, first floor and second floor showing overall dimensions and room sizes.
	Exterior elevations, front, rear, left and right sides.
	Estimated energy calculations.
	Estimated construction budget.

SERVICE PACKAGE TWO - We will provide construction drawings and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of your project. The information provided to you is similar to the construction drawings and specifications you receive when you order plans from plan book magazines available at any newsstand. The main difference is are plans do not require any changes or modifications because they have been prepared specifically for you.

	Floor plans of living area's, first floor and second floor showing all dimensions, window sizes, door sizes, structural and framing information, electrical lights, switches and plugs.
	Exterior elevations, front, rear, left and right sides
	Foundation plan showing all dimensions, structural and framing information.
	Roof plan showing ridges, hips, valleys, pitches and structural framing.
	Building sections showing materials and construction.
	Estimated energy calculations.
	Estimated construction budget.
	Example.

SERVICE PACKAGE THREE - We will provide construction drawings and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of your project.

	Floor plans of living area's showing all dimensions, window sizes, door sizes, structural and framing information, electrical lights, switches and plugs.

	Foundation plan showing all dimensions, structural and framing information.

SERVICE PACKAGE FOUR - We will provide construction drawings and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of your project.
