Although a Hom4Me™ is a complete and standard house in it's our right, it is designed to become a larger home, expanded upon in a logical and organized sequence. It’s one piece of a four piece master plan. As your personal circumstances and financial condition change you can grow into a three-bedroom 900 square foot home Just like any other house built today a Hom4Me™ is quality constructed with conventional building materials and designed in conformance with appropriate national building codes. Our foundation design anchors your home securely to the ground. Yes, the foundation is provided and yes it is included in the price. And yes, its unique only to a Hom4Me™. Unlike a modular home a mobile home or any other packaged home offered for sale the required foundation is not included in the price and is always an additional cost. Our floor, roof and walls are panelized at our factory. Complete with wood siding, fiberglass roof shingles, vinyl double hung windows with insulating glass and an insulated front door with glass panel completes the weatherproof shell. The roof and walls are fully INSULATED meeting the demands of a 7,000 degree day climate with estimated annual heating costs of $411. The CEILING over the kitchen and bathroom is finished with maintenance free acoustic tile. The FLOORS through out are covered with durable vinyl tile. The WALLS are covered with maintenance free washable wall panels in a two color wainscot design. The lower wainscot panels are almond colored and the upper panels are white. Separating them is a perimeter personal effects shelf located at waist height and just above head height is another perimeter shelf twice as wide as the lower one. The kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures are all standard sizes. The KITCHEN is complete with a 5 cubic foot under-counter style refrigerator, four burner stove with oven, stainless steel sink and upper and lower cabinets, condiment shelf over the range and overhead pantry storage space for those large items like your pasta pot. The BATHROOM is completed with a fiberglass shower stall, toilet, lavatory and sink vanity cabinet with adjustable shelving a make-up/shaving area with 'medicine cabinet' shelving and a location for your mirror.
