WALLS - Dimensional lumber wood studs, plates and headers. APA rated wall sheathing and corner boards. 

GABLE END WALLS - Dimensional lumber wood studs and plates. APA rated wall sheathing for interior wall finish.

LOFT- Dimensional lumber wood floor joists and APA rated floor sheathing. Loft ladder and hooks.

ROOF - Dimensional lumber wood rafters and ridge and APA rated roof sheathing. APA rated sheathing for interior cathedral ceiling finish. Fiberglass roof shingles. Fascia and gable end rakes. Soffit vents and ridge vent.

WINDOWS & DOOR - Single hung windows with insulated glass. Steel insulated door with insulated glass. Entry door lock set.

NAILS & HARDWARE - As required.

INSULATION - High density kraft faced fiberglass insulation.

INTERIOR FINISHES - Melamine board wall panels and shelving. Mineral fiber acoustic ceiling tile under loft. Vinyl floor tile throughout.

CABINETS & APPLIANCES: The uni-kitchen/bath creates the kitchen area and bathroom. it contains two base cabinets, one wall cabinet, a spice shell' and "medicine cabinet' shelving and overhead "pantry" shelf. The 5 cubic foot under counter refrigerator and 4 burner stove with oven and the kitchen/bath sink are incorporated into this unit. The Uni-Closet/Privacy Door creates the closet with the bathroom door. It contains upper and lower clothes closet and personal effects shelving. The sliding wood door provides bathroom privacy. Both units are made of Melamine board, shipped kd and site assembled with a screwdriver.

FRONT STEPS - Pressure treated wood treads and stringers. 

PLUMBING - Fiberglass shower stall, china toilet, and stainless steel sink. Exterior sill cock. Piping and fittings.

ELECTRICAL - 100-amp service with baseboard heaters. light fixtures, hot water heater and smoke detector. exterior GFCI outlet. Wire boxes, plugs and switches.
